2. Products

Gumball Squish sells squishies, sensory toys, novelty toys, collectibles, mystery products, and related merchandise.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products. However, colors, sizes, shapes, textures, packaging, and other product details may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.

Handmade, individually manufactured, or mass-produced squishies may have minor variations or cosmetic imperfections such as small paint differences, air bubbles, surface marks, visible seams, slight differences in shape, or other manufacturing variations.

These differences do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

Product packaging may also change without notice based on manufacturer updates.

3. Squishy Durability

Squishies are soft sensory toys and are not indestructible.

Depending on the product and filling, squishies may eventually tear, puncture, leak, split at a seam, stretch, become sticky, lose their original shape, or otherwise show wear through normal use.

The lifespan of a squishy varies considerably depending on the product, materials, frequency of use, handling, storage conditions, and other factors.

Gumball Squish does not guarantee that a squishy will last for any particular amount of time.

Damage occurring after a product has been opened and used is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Temperature and Product Care

Some squishy materials and fillings can be affected by extreme heat or cold.

Packages may be exposed to elevated temperatures during shipping, particularly during warmer months. If a squishy arrives warm or hot, please allow it to return completely to room temperature before squeezing or playing with it.

Do not leave squishies in hot vehicles, direct sunlight, or other areas exposed to extreme temperatures.

Improper storage, excessive heat, puncturing, cutting, pulling, excessive stretching, or other misuse may damage the product.

5. Product Safety

Please follow all age recommendations, warnings, and instructions provided on individual product packaging.

Some products may contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. Products labeled for older children should not be given to younger children.

Children should use sensory products with appropriate adult supervision.

Squishy fillings and product components are not intended for consumption unless a product specifically states otherwise.

If a squishy tears, leaks, or becomes damaged, discontinue use if continued use could expose the filling or create a safety hazard.

Gumball Squish is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow manufacturer warnings, intentional puncturing or destruction, ingestion of product materials, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.

6. Mystery Products, Surprise Boxes and Gumball Purchases

Some Gumball Squish products are sold as mystery, surprise, randomly selected, or gumball-machine items.

By purchasing a mystery product, you understand that you are purchasing the surprise experience and that the specific item, design, color, character, style, or assortment you receive may not be known in advance.

Images and videos showing previous mystery selections are examples only and do not guarantee that you will receive the same products.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that mystery purchases will avoid products that you already own.

Personal preference, including disappointment with the color, design, style, character, or specific mystery item received, does not make the product defective.

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to mystery products that genuinely arrive damaged or defective.

7. Prices and Product Availability

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Products may sell out or become unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.

Although we try to keep our website accurate, mistakes can occur. This may include incorrect pricing, inventory quantities, product descriptions, photographs, promotional discounts, or other information.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refund affected orders.

8. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, abusive purchasing activity, attempted misuse of promotions, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information.

Gumball Squish is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Processing and estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct.

10. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products

Returns, refunds, replacements, store credits, damaged-item claims, and defective-item claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.
